ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ - The Atlantic Highlands Chamber of Commerce held its 2016 Annual Meeting on February 15, 2016 at the Memphis Pig Out, 67 First Avenue in Atlantic Highlands. Connie and Mark Strassburg, proprietors of the restaurant hosted the event.

Chuck Lero of Wells Fargo, Past President opened the meeting with a slide presentation of the highlights of 2015. He then turned the meeting over to the new President, Cynthia Fligor of [email protected] who continued the presentation outlining her goals for 2016. She introduced her new Executive Committee: Jacqui Hillmann of SeaSons as Vice President and Claudia Graf of Weichert Realtors as the Treasurer. New Board Members are: Teresa D’Aguanno of Atlantic One, Susan Tidswell of CRO and Tony Rodriguez of Under My Skin Tattoos. Returning Board Members are Jane Frotton of the Atlantic Highlands Municipal Harbor Commission and Marc Fragale of EMedia Nation. Ms. Fligor thanked Chuck Lero for all his efforts on behalf of the Chamber and presented him with a framed photo of Atlantic Highland’s “Stone Bridge”. Also honored was Jane Olcott of Better Homes Realty, Past Treasurer. She was presented a photo of Atlantic Highland’s Harbor. Ms. Fligor commended them on all their hard work in behalf of the Chamber.

It was announced that the Chamber will be moving to a storefront on First Avenue to serve as a welcome center to visitors. It is hoped that more visibility will encourage people to walk in find out about the wonderful community Atlantic Highlands is and get information on all the places there are to visit and enjoy in the area.
