mt_libraryMIDDLETOWN, NJ - Readers will explore all things underground and more this summer as Middletown Township Public Library presents “Dig Into Reading” during their summer library program.    Activities include programs on dinosaurs, animals that live underground, pirates’ buried treasure, planets and so much more to keep young minds active all summer long.

The 2013 Summer Reading Program is open to young people, pre-readers, and readers up to children entering 6th grade with programs, prize drawings, story hours, a reading club and more.    It’s easier than ever to participate by signing up online @mtpl.org or at the Children’s Services Desk.  Join the club and track your minutes to earn fabulous prizes.    You can read any book including your school required ‘Summer Reading’, which you’ll find at the library.    

Registration for Dig Into Reading begins on Monday, July 1st and ends on Friday, August 9th.   For more information, visit our website, www.mtpl.org or the Children’s Services Desk.   All programs are free of charge.
