LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Mr. & Mrs. Paul Matterson of Forked River have announced the engagement of their daughter, Andrea Elizabeth, to Steven R. Donoghue, son of Mr. & Mrs. Peter E. Donoghue of Atlantic Highlands.

   Miss Matterson is a senior content specialist for ITHAKA in Princeton. She is a graduate of Lacey Township High School, and holds a bachelors degree in literature from Ramapo College in Mahwah and a masters degree in publishing from Pace University, New York.

   Mr. Donoghue is a merchant mariner working on tugboats for Harley Marine in New York. He is a graduate  of Henry Hudson Regional School, Highlands, and holds a bachelors degree in political science from Ramapo College.

   They plan on marrying at St. Agnes Catholic Church, Atlantic Highlands, in September.

   The couple lives in Howell Township.
