ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ - The Atlantic Highlands Arts Council, a vibrant all-volunteer arts council, plans an all-new website and logo.  Designers are invited to submit a logo expressing the vision and role of the Arts Council by July 2 to be considered for a $200 prize.
