HIGHLANDS, NJ – The Twin Lights Historical Society is excited for the upcoming season at the Twin Lights Historic Site!  With the Twin Lights going to a 7 day-per-week operation beginning June 1st, the  response from the community for our call for volunteers was wonderful, so, thank you!  We look forward to seeing you on Volunteer Day, Saturday, April 23, at our open house from 10am to 2pm.  Our program is open to the public, and will feature a casual program including prizes, as well as light refreshments.

ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS ANIMAL HOSPITAL
We treat each of our patients as part of the family at Atlantic Highlands Animal Hospital. We offer top-quality surgical and dental treatments for cats and dogs. For the best pet care in the Atlantic Highlands, NJ, call us at (732) 291-4400. https://www.atlantichighlandsvet.com

Swings – all shifts

(a Swing fills in on short notice, when a regular will miss their shift. It is a great way to see if you like it).

In addition to shift work, we offer other ways to help out that may involve particular skills you have that you can donate to our Society, based on your schedule.  For instance, if you are familiar with the website platform Wix, or with public relations, we could use your help in communications and advocacy.  If you are interested in history, we can provide you with the tools and direction to assist our staff in research and interpretation.  If you know accounting or finance, we could always use help with operations. You do not need to live near the Twin Lights, or to even come on site to volunteer. We have volunteers that live in other states, yet continue to help us in our mission. Just give us a call.

If you or someone you know is interested in getting involved with us at the Twin Lights Historic Site, we invite you to stop by during our Volunteer Day festivities, where you can meet and mingle with our staff and volunteers to see if Twin Lights is a good fit.

We hope to see you there!!!
