HIGHLANDS, NJ – Henry Hudson Boys Varsity Basketball is off to a brilliant start this season! For the first time in over 10 years, Hudson Boys Basketball is starting their season 1-0.

Winning 85-24 against Sommerset Tech, the Admirals were tearing up the court last night. Senior Demitris Harvey scored over 20 points and even dunked twice to the delight of the crowd.

Thankfully, after scanning for Covid clearance, the fans were permitted into the gym and filled it with excitement for this energetic team. The atmosphere was phenomenal as Junior Jax Ross, didn’t miss a beat scoring 21 points and starting Point Guard, Freshman Jack Fitzpatrick did not disappoint. Jack clocked in his first game points with 14 points & 4 assists. Sophomore Brandon Hendrickson wow’d with 16 points including 4 three’s.

Coach Brian Kelly, in only his second season has already turned this team into contenders. Next game is Tuesday at Henry Hudson at 5:30pm against Mater Dei for anyone that wants to cheer these boys on.
