Middletown Police are investigating a shooting in the Oakhill section of the Township.
At about 10:15 this morning, police responded to a report of a shooting at a residence on Borden Road. The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office also responded to the scene .
“This is an active investigation at this time,” police said in an email.
The Middletown Township Police are advising that there is no threat to the public’s safety.
