ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ – Santa will return to the streets of Atlantic Highlands with help from The Atlantic Highlands First Aid & Safety Squad with the 23rd annual Santa Runs starting on Dec. 6 at 6 PM.

Santa and his helpers from AHFAS elves will visit one zone in the borough’s leaf map each night, beginning in zone 1 on Monday, Dec. 6 and run through December 9th. The AHFAS emergency lights will guide Santa and his sleigh throughout the borough, stopping along the way to visit with families.

For everyone’s safety, Santa’s sleigh will be closed for passengers, though residents will be able to snap pictures of their loved ones next to his sleigh. Santa’s team will also have a box for little ones to drop their wish lists.

Once again, the AHFAS will use the Santa Runs to collect food for the food pantry at the United Methodist Church in Atlantic Highlands. Since being introduced in 2008, the food drive has collected thousands of non-perishable food items and cash donations for the vital organization in our community.
