In response to the letter from council candidates Murphy, Brown, O’Dwyer and Spicer:

The Democrats have repeatedly requested that the Republican opponents (who backed out of the scheduled League of Women Voters event) provide a list of debate ground rules, potential moderators choices and Covid protocols. No meaningful discussion can begin until the Republicans offer this information.
