ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ – Monmouth County Commissioners Sue Kiley and Ross Licitra helped Atlantic Highlands Mayor Loretta Gluckstein cut the grand opening ribbon at the new Atlantic Highlands bakery, The Cookie & Crumb, located at 1 West Avenue.  Commissioners Kiley and Licitra also presented a Certificate of Recognition and Proclamation to Owner Valerie Mangan, a veteran baker, designer and artist who has successfully blended her unique background into the perfect recipe for business success.

Cookie & Crumb offers classic, simple, baked-from-scratch desserts like chocolate chunk, linzer & lemon sugar cookies, crumb cake, scones, brownies, blondies, cake pops, quiche, two-tier cakes and much more. Cookie & Crumb also takes appointments for custom-designed cakes and iced cookies. The telephone number for the bake shop is (732) 872-4329.
