Freehold Township, NJ – After administering more than 55,000 COVID-19 vaccine doses through an appointment-based system, CentraState Healthcare System has planned a walk-in clinic for those in the public who need the vaccine.

The event is scheduled at the CentraState Medical Center Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus, Entrance 6, 9-1 West Main Street, Freehold, NJ on Wednesday, April 28, 2021, 8-11:30 am and 1-4 pm. Those who come on this date must also be available to receive their second dose three weeks later on Wednesday, May 19, 2021, 8-11:30 am and 1-4 pm.

Registration is not required, but participants must bring identification and signed forms, available to print at centrastate.com/forms. A parent or legal guardian must accompany any child under 18 to be seen.
