NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ – Mainland Regional High School of Atlantic County, Colts Neck High School of Monmouth County and Newton High School of Sussex County will advance to the New Jersey State Bar Foundation’s Mock Trial Competition Semi-Finals on March 5 at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick.
Mock trial teams from these schools won their respective South, Central and North Jersey Regional Finals held on February 26.
Winners of the Semi-Finals will be eligible to compete in the Statewide Championship Finals on April 11.
Since January more than 200 high school teams throughout New Jersey have tried the fictitious case of Avery Mansion v. Captain Kidd’s Pier, which deals with a roller coaster accident.
