ah united methodist churchATLANTIC HIGHLANDS — The Rev. Kathy Genus, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, will be preaching Sunday on Jesus reminding the disciples that in order to be the first that one must be last and a servant to all.

Her sermon will be delivered at the United Methodist Church, here, will be entitled “Who Wants to be Last? and is based on Mark 10:35-45.

The Rev. Jill Hubbard-Smith, pastor of the United Methodist churches here and in Navesink, will share the worship leadership with Genus, who will also be peaching at the Atlantic Highlands United Methodist Church on Sunday, Oct. 28.

The Presbyterian Church is closed for repairs for the foreseeable future. 

All area residents are invited to attend the combined Sunday service.
