police cruisersHOLMDEL, NJ – On 3/17/18, at about 2:45 AM, Patrolman Michael Nolan was on patrol and stopped a 2014 Nissan for failure to obey a stop sign. The vehicle was found to have been reported stolen in Toms River, NJ, and was occupied by three males.

The following three men were arrested as a result of the investigation;Jahad Davis, 27 years old from Farmingdale NJ, was charged with Receiving Stolen Property and Unlawful Taking of Means of Conveyance/Joyriding.Alexander Denson, 24 of Long Branch NJ, was charged with Receiving Stolen Property, Unlawful Taking of Means of Conveyance and several motor vehicle violations.Tariek Gross, 23 years old from Middletown NJ, was charged with Receiving Stolen Property and Unlawful Taking of Means of Conveyance/Joyriding. 

Gross was processed and released at Police HQ pending a court appearance. The other two subjects were taken to Monmouth County Correctional Institution.
