ah first presbyterian churchATLANTIC HIGLANDS –Brenda Crespo, a candidate for the ministry in the Elizabeth Presbytery, will be the guest speaker at Sunday’s  10 a.m. worship service at the First Presbyterian Church.

All area residents are invited to join with church members and friends in the 127-year-old church at Third and East Highland Aves. 

Mrs. Crespo’s sermon tomorrow is entitled “What’s in a name?” and is based on Isaiah 9: 2-7 and Matthew 16: 13-20. The question asked by the message is “Jesus has many names but what do they mean and what do we call him?

David Nunez will provide the music for the service.

Mrs. Crespo is a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Perth Amboy and is training at the New Brunswick Theological Seminary. She works for the N.J. Institute for Disabilities in Edison.
