ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS — The Rev. John A. Nolan, a New Jersey pastor for 30 years, will be the guest speaker at the Reformation Sunday service at the 127-year-old First Presbyterian Church

All area residents are invited to hear him speak at the 10 a.m. Sunday worship service at the church at Third and East Highland avenues.

Nolan’s sermon is entitled “By Grace We Have Been Saved Through Faith” and is based on Bible passages from Ephesians 2:1-10.

Nolan, who lives in Howell Township, has been a hospice chaplain for 11 years in Monmouth and Ocean counties.

He is a graduated of Drew University and its seminary.
