To the Editor

It is with great pride and appreciation that I support Lillian Burry in her bid for re-election to the Monmouth County Board of Freeholders.

In the decade or so I have known the Freeholder Director, I have been impressed by her energy, appreciative of her hard work not only for the military and veterans but also their families. I have admired the research she apparently does before making any decision and the drive she has once she is assured a particular action is needed.

As a Library Commissioner, I have seen first hand how she constantly keeps education, entertainment and culture through the library, a vital and important facet of what has rapidly become the heart of the community.

We in Monmouth County need Freeholder Director Burry back on the Board of Freeholders and I am proud to be a part of the movement that ensures it will happen in November.
