LONG BRANCH, NJ –Coastal Communities Family Success Center, Formally Long Branch Concordance, will host its Back to School Health Fair on August 10th, from 10 am—1 pm. This event will offer free health screenings and community connections for families provided by Monmouth County service providers and community partners, as well as the distribution of backpacks filled with grade appropriate new school supplies. 

The Center is accepting donations of new school supplies for distribution to Monmouth County families. Individuals, local businesses, civic groups, and local organizations are asked to donate new school supplies for all grades. The Center is also accepting gift cards to Staples, Walmart, Five Below, and Target. The agency is also collecting cases of bottled water and packaged snacks. This event will be the 9th Annual Back to School Health Fair which is made possible by generous community support. In the past, the fair has been attended by more than 300 families. 

Donations may be dropped off at Coastal Communities located at 300 Broadway, rear entrance in Long Branch. Please call the office prior to delivering donations at 732.571.1670.
