HOLMDEL, NJ – The Township of Holmdel and Somerset Development will unveil plans for the new Holmdel Public Library at its new location, Bell Works, on January 12 at 6:30P.M.
Residents are invited to attend the meeting, during which the facility’s lead architect, Anthony Iovino, will walk through the plans for the library, including a showcase of historical artifacts from the iconic Bell Labs facility. Somerset Development, the owner and re-developer of the building, will also provide a $1 million donation, to be used for the construction of the new facility.
The Holmdel Public Library will feature a host of upgrades, including updated technological infrastructure and a Library Learning Center with new educational programs and services, and is slated to open in Fall 2017.
The meeting will begin promptly on Wednesday, January 12 at 6:30 P.M. at Bell Works, located at 101 Crawfords Corner Road.
