LINCROFT, NJ – On May 28, 2016, the Lincroft Cub Scouts – Boy Scouts of America Pack 210, Den 9 placed the flag pole in front of the old Lincroft Post Office (now Cleaners J) in service to honor the men and women who served our country. With the assistance of the Lincroft Fire Company and the generosity of Michael J Nesci (from Mike’s Barber Shop), the Cub Scouts were able to raise “Old Glory” once again.

Michael J. Nesci donated the necessary hardware to put the flag pole in working condition, as well as the American Flag and light for night time illumination. He also braved the heights to put a fresh coat of paint on the pole. Members of the Lincroft Fire Company (LFC) stood by with their ladder truck for whatever assistance was needed. Both Michael J and the LFC members were very happy to see the Cub Scouts have taken an interest in the community and show the respect the US Servicemen and women so rightfully deserve.
