ahac as we see itATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ – The public is invited to join Monmouth County Adult Painting Class students, who are hosting an Opening Reception for their show: As We See It  at the Arts Corner, 135 First Avenue,  Atlantic Highlands, on Saturday, May 7, 5-7 PM.

The art on display is a representation of the students’ work from their weekly class at the Monmouth County Hudson Trail Building, under the instruction of Shari Epstein.  The group was enthusiastic about sharing their work with the public, and decided to host a show.

“The artists in this class understand the difficulties and successes inherent in the painting process and inspire each other week after week,” says Shari.  The artists whose work will be on display are: Lorraine Armada, Nicole Avento, Sharon Chessman, Richard Heidel, Mary Lynn Hughes, Larry Lagan, Jane Lerner, Libby Markowitz, Robert Milling, Patricia Pellegrini, Marilyn Scherfen, and Muriel Thompson.

The work will be on exhibit through May 31 at The Arts Corner.  Gallery hours are: Tuesday – Friday, 1-5, and Saturday, 10 – 5.
