HIGHLANDS—  Welcome spring by joining the Monmouth County Park System for a beach clean up at Popamora Point, Henry Hudson Trail, Highlands.  Held from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. on Sunday, March 20, this beach clean up is open to ages 14 and up.  Those age 13 and under may participate with an adult.  Volunteers are asked to bring gloves and dress for the weather.
