RED BANK, NJ – Critical MASS Training Systems, a full service personal training facility, is pleased to announce that it has relocated to The Red Bank Armory Ice Complex, 76 Chestnut Street, Red Bank, New Jersey.

Owners Marc Rosamilia and Adam Eckart, both certified personal trainers, coaches and teachers, each have more than 10 year of experience in fitness training and coaching in Monmouth County.

“We are excited to be a part of the vibrant Red Bank community,” said Rosamilia. “We appreciate the opportunity given to us by the Red Bank Armory management to establish a home at this historic location.”

“Our main focus is our individualized attention,” Eckart said. “We work with each client and create a program that works for their unique fitness level and situation. Our new expanded facility is allowing us to offer our clients more services than ever before.”

Critical MASS Training Systems offers a number of highly individualized training programs, including their renowned 28 Day Transformation Challenge, the signature system of their facility. This program, focused on heathy and long-lasting weight loss, now in its third year, combines principles of nutrition, strength training and small group coaching.
