Atlantic Highlands, January 1, 2016: Municipal Clerk, Dwayne M. Harris swore in the new Mayor of Atlantic Highlands, Rhonda C. LiGrice at the Atlantic Highlands Annual Reorganization Meeting, held in Borough Hall, 100 First Avenue, Atlantic Highlands. Roy Delosso, the re-elected Councilman was sworn in by Congressman, Frank Pallone, Jr. and Charles Lero, the newly elected Councilman was sworn in by former Mayor, Frederick J. Rast, III. A motion was made and passed to elect Roy Delosso the new Council President.

The meeting went on to address resolutions to certify and appoint the various Borough officers and committees.
Mayor LiGrice, in her message to the audience, spoke about her resolution to address various issues, including the revitalization of First Avenue and her firm commitment to bipartisanship.
