HIGHLANDS, NJ – The Borough of Highlands is undertaking a reexamination of its Master Plan. The document lays out the town’s vision for responsible development within the borough. A subcommittee of the Planning Board will meet Monday to hear from residents about the Master Plan.
The following notice about the meeting was sent via email Friday afternoon from the Borough of Highlands to those on the Swiftreach email notification list:
“There will be a Master Plan Subcommittee Meeting for a residents an open forum to discuss the borough master plan on Monday December 7th at 7:30 PM.
The meeting will be held at the Robert D. Wilson Memorial Community Center located at 22 Snug Harbor Avenue, Highlands.
Feedback from this open forum as well as our survey will be used as a guide for amendments and additions to our Master plan. A Survey is available on the borough website www.highlandsnj.us, Facebook, and at www.tiny.cc/highlands.
