ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ – Atlantic Highlands Councilman John C. “Jack” Archibald, Jr. defeated Councilman Louis F. Fligor for the Republican nomination for Mayor. The unofficial vote totals were 301 to 169.

Archibald will face Democratic nominee for mayor Rhonda “Randi” LeGrice in the November election.
Atlantic Highlands Republicans also selected newcomers France Karras and James Krauss to run for council seats in the fall race.

Atlantic Highlands Democrats selected Councilman Robert “Bob” Sutton and Council President Roy Dellosso to run for reelection in the November general election.
(UPDATE 6/4/2015: Jack Archibald got 24 votes by mail and Lou Fligor got 3 votes. The final count was 325 to 173 in favor of Archibald.)
