RUMSON, N.J. – May 5, 2015 – Carin Henderson, manager of the Weichert Rumson office, announced that they will be participating in the Meridian Health Paint the Town Pink 2015 event to help raise awareness of the importance of annual mammography. 

Each year the event, organized by Meridian Health, runs throughout the month of May within the towns in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. The Weichert Rumson office, located at 30 Rumson Road, will “go pink” on Saturday, May 16, 2015 from 10AM to 3PM. The office will host vendors such as Coastal Décor, Handmade Haven, Good to be Gluten Free, Eagle Coffee, Jersey Girl Barefoot Sandal, Oceanic Decoys by Anthony Ciambrone, Kats Creative Studio, and much more. Face painting will also be provided for kids and a doggy water and treat stand will be available for furry friends. Funds from the event will go toward providing mammography to uninsured women in the community.

Our goal is to encourage women in our community, aged 40 and older, to have their annual mammogram, to raise money to provide underserved women in our community and to make a difference in the lives of women in our community.
