TINTON FALLS, NJ – The Music Department of Hope Presbyterian Church invites the public to a fun and uplifting evening of country-themed Christian music concert on May 2 at 7:30 P.M. The concert features a uniquely American sound, making connections to country, southern gospel, spirituals, and roots music traditions. Joining the Hope musicians are guest singers from Morningstar Presbyterian Church. Some of country’s most beloved music will be performed, including tunes by Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins, and Hank Williams, along with music by contemporary composers Don Moen, Laura Story, Wynonna Judd and Martina McBride. Concert-goers will enjoy a variety of church music ensembles, including the combined choirs, Praise Band, Men’s Quartet, and the Ringers of Hope.

Lead by Tess Nielsen, Music Director, and Carl Fritsche, Hand Bell Director, the Hope Church musicians are dedicated to performing outreach concerts demonstrating our mission to “Be The Church.”

The concert is free and open to the public. A free will offering will be collected. After the concert, the Deacons will host a reception for audience members to meet-and-greet the performers. The church is ADA compliant.
