Pipe Cleaner Ninjas for Tweens Tues, Feb 24th @ 4pm Make your own ninjas!! We will make them using pipe cleaners and perler beads. Pose them, battle with them, and even make them their own pipe cleaner ninja samurai swords.

Meet the Masters: Classical Music for Classy Kids (Grades K & Up) Wed, Feb 25th @ 4pm

 “The Strange Mr. Satie” Join us as we explore the life and times and music of this very unusual (some called him weird!) composer. We will read about and listen to his music, enjoy a performance, and conclude with hands-on time with various instruments!

Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss! Crafternoon (Ages 4&up) Thurs, Feb 26th @ 4pm

The library is having a birthday party for Dr. Seuss. There will be birthday cake and punch along with activities to celebrate Dr. Seuss’ upcoming birthday on March 2nd!

Magical Musical Me (Ages 2 – 6) Fri, Feb 27th @ 10am

 “Magical, Musical Me” is a fun & interactive music & movement experience. Let’s sing, dance, wiggle, giggle and shake. We will play with fun props and different musical instruments, and everyone will have a chance to play a real guitar!

DROP IN Events all month long- 

Enjoy some spontaneous fun, get help, practice a skill or make new friends in our drop-in programs throughout the month @ Middletown Township Public Library.  We offer American Sign Language instruction, Math Tutoring, LEGO’s, Scrabble & Chess for Kids, TEEN Tutoring & Reading Buddies.   There’s always an art project to create or a puzzle to be solved in the Discovery Zone.  Visit mtpl.org for a detailed calendar of events.
