MIDDLETOWN, NJ – Mayor Stephanie C. Murray generally holds open office hours the first Monday of the month from 4:30pm to 6:00pm and on the fourth Thursday of each month from 9:30am to 11:30am at Town Hall, 1 Kings Highway. Exceptions include federal holidays.

Visitors are seen on a first-come basis. Mayor Murray is also available by appointment.
