Teen Photography Club (Monday, 8/4; 7 pm)
Learn new photography techniques and share your work with the group. If you want to share your work, you may show up to 5 photographs stored on a USB. Led by the Photography Club’s John Tyler.

PowerPoint (Tuesday, 8/5; 7 pm)
Want to impress your boss or teacher with a great presentation? Learn how to create slides with text, pictures, and other special techniques to make your next presentation a hit. Also, dig into master slides and customize your masterpiece.

Teen Movie Night: Divergent (Monday, 8/11; 7 pm)
Watch Divergent on the big screen at the library!! There will also be popcorn! Movie title is subject to change depending on availability. Our backup movie will be The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones.

Twitter (Wednesday, 8/13; 11 am)
Learn about Twitter, an easy and quick way to communicate online, find and share the best of the web, and much more.

Meet and Mingle for Teens and Tweens (Monday, 8/18; 7 pm)
Meet other teens and tweens transitioning into a new school! Going into 6th grade? 9th grade? Or maybe you just moved here? Then join us for a little Meet and Mingle!

Hoopla (Wednesday, 8/20; 11 am)
Get a sneak preview of the library’s new on-demand streaming movie and music service. Hoopla will be going live @ MTPL this fall; come see what you can do!

Anime J*Con (Saturday, 8/23; 1 pm)
The Manga Club will be hosting an Anime and Manga Convention!

Teen Gaming Night (Monday, 8/25; 7 pm)
Bring your MAGIC cards, your Vanguard, your Yu-gi-oh (or whatever other card games you enjoy), yourself, and your friends to play with other teens who enjoy gaming. Feel free to bring any other games you enjoy, be it cards, board games, or computer games (and if so, bring your own device). We will have some board games available for playing too. Essentially, if you like any kind of gaming… come to Teen Gaming Night!!!!
