Atlantic Highlands, NJ – The very popular Atlantic Highlands Farmers’ Market will open this year on June 6, 2014.  The Night, WBJB, 90.5 will be there to help launch the season. They will broadcast live from the Park. Most of the vendors from last year are returning and new merchants have been added.  Martz Farm and Farmer Al will be there along with Beckage Farm who is returning after a few years.  Breadsmith will be back, along with Gourmet Nuts and Dried Fruits. HighMountain Foods is returning with their wonderful crab cakes and fresh pasta.  Pickle Licious will be offering their great condiments and Smiling Earth Elixirs will be there with their assortment of teas.  From the Garden will have their incredible honey products and In the Garden will have fresh flowers every week. Big Spoon Little Spoon Naturals is new this year and will fill the demand for natural soaps and other organic products, including natural insect repellent and household cleaners. Hudson Café’s Jersey Bean’s Cold Brew Coffee will be offering their cold fresh brewed coffee and lemonade.  Holly Jolly Jams will start the second week with a great array of sweets.  Ali of Mediterra will have a representative selling his great Middle Eastern olive oils and condiments. This year, the Market will be offering Paolo’s Kitchen’s gluten free prepared foods.


Local residents, visitors and commuters will be able to shop until October 10, 2014. Located in Veteran’s park on First Avenue in downtown Atlantic Highlands, the Market is a great place to meet and socialize with your neighbors and find out what is going on in town.  The Atlantic Highlands Chamber of Commerce always provides space for local organizations to post upcoming events and distribute literature.   

Weather permitting, the Farmers’ Market will be held every Friday from 12 pm to 6 pm.  The Market will continue to grow each week – adding local artisanal vendors offering foods from all over the globe.

The Farmers’ Market is presented by the Atlantic Highlands Chamber of Commerce. WIC & Senior FMNP vouchers are accepted by some farmers.
