FREEHOLD, NJ – First Presbyterian Church of Freehold will host Violinist Virtuoso, David Podles on Friday, April 4, 2014 at 7:00pm.   

David will present “Classical Composers through the Epochs.”  He will commemorate the magnificent composers from centuries past.  Travel with him through the different musical eras and celebrate the exquisite compositions that were so brilliantly crafted.

Acclaimed international concert violinist David Podles of Riga, Latvia, is laureate of 3 prestigious international competitions and received his PhD in violin from the Conservatory in Riga.

He performed with symphony, chamber, opera and ballet theater orchestras as both soloist and in orchestra. He has been on tour across Russia, including Bolshoi and Kirov and throughout Europe and the United States.  Upon his arrival in the U.S., David performed at Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall and the 92nd Street Y.  Most recently David performed at Top of the Rock at the Rockefeller Center.
