Atlantic Highlands, NJ – On Friday, February 28 at 7:30 pm at the Paper Moon Puppet Theatre, 171 1st Avenue (entry on W. Garfield), join us for this Atlantic Highlands Arts Council lecture by Robert O’Connor.

Inspired by a trip to the Spiral Jetty in 2010, Robert will talk about the rise of site-specific art, land art, and other forms of art not intended for a museum or gallery. Robert will show stunning pictures of Robert Smithson’s seminal land art piece as well as many other examples of site-specific artwork.

Tickets are $10 and available at the door or online at www.aharts.org. Tickets are limited.

The AHAC is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The mission of the Atlantic Highlands Arts Council is to strengthen community through the arts. For further information on the Arts Council, visit http://aharts.org.

This program is made possible in part by the Monmouth County Arts Council through funding from the Monmouth County Board of Chosen Freeholders, the County Historical Commission, and the New Jersey State Council on the Arts/Department of State, a Partner Agency of the National.
