Late Night Hours – Mon, Feb. 3

MIDDLETOWN, NJ – The last day to license your dog without incurring a late fee has been extended to Monday, February 3, 2014 because of recent weather conditions. The Health Department’s Animal Control Division will be open until 7:00pm, on Monday February 3, 2014 for dog/cat licensing (WEATHER PERMITTING).

The Health Department is located at 180 Main St., Port Monmouth.  Please be sure that your dog’s rabies vaccination does not expire before October 2014 as we will not be able to license your pet unless you provide a current 2014 VPH-28 completed by your vet.  Licenses paid by check will be mailed 20 days after the check is deposited.  Licenses paid by cash will be given on the same day processed.
