ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS — The Rev. Barbara A. Macfie will be preaching at the 10 a.m. service at the First Presbyterian Church. She will also administer Communion.

       Her sermon, entitled “The Saints,” will address the importance and significance of saints to all Christians by tackling two questions: Who are the saints you recognize and how have they affected your life?

       The David Nunez-directed adult choir will sing during the service.

       Sunday School, which is open to all area children, will be held after Communion.

       The 113-year-old handicapped accessible Presbyterian Church at E. Highland and Third avenues, has extra parking in a new municipal lot on East Highland avenue.

       The Rev. Michael Riley, an Asbury Park Press columnist and former pastor, will be in the pulpit next week.
