HIGHLANDS, NJ – An application has been received by the Highlands Planning Board clerk Oct 24th for a $30 million dollar project in Highlands, according to Mayor Frank Nolan.  In a facebook posting the mayor wrote that the project would be “with 100 percent private money.” 

“The application is for 42-44 new homes on a vacant lot that was the trailer park. Highlands never received more than $38k for the site now we will get roughly $750k, if approved,” the mayor said.

 “The rebuilding has begun,” he boasted.
