MIDDLETOWN, NJ – On Sunday October 6th, the Atlantic Highlands L.E.O. Club co-hosted the 2nd Annual H.O.P.E. Walk at Middletown High School North to raise money for victims of domestic violence in Monmouth County. Thanks to our sponsors, Eastpointe Health and Fitness, KC Design Interiors, Atlantic Highlands Lions Club, Best Buy Pallet Solutions, Boxwood Gardens Florist & Gifts, Town & Surf Diner, and everyone in the community who came out to walk, we were able to raise approximately $2,000 to help those in need.

Henry Hudson Regional High School’s own Chelsea Merker sang the National Anthem to kick off the morning. Despite the cloudy weather, the 2013 H.O.P.E. Walk was an undeniable success. In between laps around the track, some participants took a break to enjoy a game of corn-hole or to show off their artistic abilities at the art table. It was a day of family-friendly fun and fundraising.
