Atlantic Highlands, NJ – Residents and commuters recently enjoyed the opening day of the Atlantic Highlands weekly Farmers’ Market.  After last years’ successful market in the Atlantic Highlands Veterans’ Park, the Market is back with more participants this year.  The Farmers’ Market is open rain or shine on Fridays from 12 pm to 6 pm through September 6th.

A mix of produce, berries, honey and home baked goods are available, as well as, gardening plants and flowers.  Do not leave the Market without stopping to see Nancy Burton, owner of In the Garden, Highlands, who joins the Market this week with her fresh cut floral arrangements. Enjoy home baked breads, pies, pastries, produce and more each week when you visit the Market.

The Farmers Market is presented by the Atlantic Highlands Chamber of Commerce.  For further information about the Chamber and upcoming activities visit, or call 732.872.8711.  The Atlantic Highlands Chamber of Commerce is a not for profit association dedicated to supporting and enhancing the economic vitality of Atlantic Highlands.  The Chamber welcomes members and non-members alike to attend and network all events.
