Atlantic Highlands, NJ – On Saturday, July 13, Mayor Fred Rast of Atlantic Highlands will perform a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of JSA Play, a game room and party place for children.  Atlantic Highlands will now have its very own game room and party location, offering children hours of fun with XBOX, Wii, PS3, air hockey, basketball, skee-ball, dome hockey and more.  In addition to a game room, there is a separate area for children to enjoy arts and crafts and birthday parties.    The ribbon-cutting will begin at 12:00pm, kicking off two hours of celebration and free playtime for the children.
