MIDDLETOWN, NJ – The Middletown Police Department is investigating a two car motor vehicle crash that took place at the intersection of Highway 35 and New Monmouth Road at 5:40pm. There were four injuries. Two victims were taken to Riverview Medical Center and two were taken to Jersey Shore Medical Center. The injuries are not life threatening. The accident is being investigation by Patrolman Andrew Siciliano. 

The Middletown,Port Monmouth and Fairview First Aid squads responded as well as the Monoc paramedics. Traffic was diverted for approximately one hour but the road is now open.
