On Weds May 8th the CNBA held their monthly meeting and were honored to have Pastor Chris Durkin of the Colts Neck Community Church speak to us about “Conflict Resolution”.  Pastor Chris (an active member of the CNBA) explained the importance of the Three R’s: Relax, Reality, and Relationship.  Conflict can not be avoided, but rather we must figure out how we can grow in these moments.  In general, people crave healthy and inspiring relationships in the workplace and we can bring peace through good communications and listening. “Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good!” stated Pastor Chris.
