ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ – The children and the adult choir of the First Presbyterian Church will perform special Palm Sunday music, palms will be distributed and Pastor Michael Riley will preach on  Jesus’ triumphant arrival in Jerusalem this Sunday.

All area residents and their families are invited  to join with the church family at the 10 a.m. worship service on the last Lenten Sunday before Easter.

The pastor’s sermon is entitled “Everybody Loves a Parade.”

The minister will continue his “mystery bag” children’s sermon series during which youngsters try to “stump the pastor” by putting personal “treasures” in small bags and challenging Riley to create a message from the contents.

The adult choir, directed by David Nunez, will perform “The Palms,” featuring baritone Peter Donoghue
