HIGHLANDS, NJ – Mail delivery in those areas of the borough affected by superstorm Sandy will resume Dec. 17. Displaced residents should go to the Rumson post office at 6 Hunt St. to have their mailing addresses temporarily or permanently changed or to have a hold placed on their mail; otherwise the mail will be delivered to the Highlands address. Residents must go in person to make necessary changes. The post office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
