This is a message from Mayor Fiore regarding Halloween in Middletown.

As you may have heard the Governor has announced that Halloween will be celebrated on Monday November 5th. After assessing conditions throughout Middletown and in consultation with the Police Department and Emergency Management we have determined that conditions throughout the Township are still far too unsafe on many streets to risk the safety of our children and all residents.

Instead we are working with the Board of Education on holding a Special Halloween Celebration on Sunday November 11th. Further details will follow in the coming days so please look out for further updates.
