ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ –  Borough officials have canceled this year’s Zombie Walk and Street Fair that had been scheduled for Saturday, October 27th.

This year’s Haunted House tour at the historic Strauss Mansion will still run from 7 to 10pm on Friday and Saturday (October 26th and 27th). A special “kid friendly” version will also be performed on Saturday the 27th from 3:30 to 4:30 pm. Admission is $5. The Haunted House is located at 27 Prospect Circle (at East Mount) in Atlantic Highlands and is loaded with all sorts of scary new special effects for 2012.

Additionally, late night screenings of the movie, ZOMBIE LAND are still set to unspool at 10:30pm on Friday and Saturday, October 26th and 27th. Admission is $9.50 at the door (a special $12 “combo ticket” is available for both the Haunted House tour and movie).

Proceeds to benefit the Atlantic Highlands Historical Society.
