Middletown, New Jersey – A new monument honoring the service of New Jersey’s veterans will be dedicated and unveiled at a special ceremony on Sunday, November 4, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Funeral Home, located at 1735 Highway 35 North, Middletown. According to the owners of Evergreen Memorial Funeral Home, Dominick and Robert D’Amico, the monument is a tribute to patriotism and is intended to memorialize the sacrifices endured by veterans and their families in service to the country. In attendance will be elected officials and dignitaries from local, county, state and federal government; military leaders; veterans, civic & non-profit organizations; community stakeholders; business leaders; and others.

A wine and cheese reception which also celebrates the one-year anniversary of Evergreen Memorial Funeral Home will follow the official ceremony. The public is invited.
