On this Independence Day I can’t help but think of our forefathers when the Declaration of Independence was signed in 1776.  The Declaration of Independence states that “if a government was unjust, it was the duty of the people to throw off that government and form a new one”. Now is the time to take up arms peacefully, by prayer and fasting.  I call upon all my fellow Catholics, as well as all Christians and our Jewish brethren to take back our country, so that it will once again be a country under God.

Let us put God back into our schools and our homes.  Violence abounds throughout our Nation because we have taken our Creator out of it.    We were once a country where God was revered.  We have taken Him out of our schools and institutions.  We must overthrow the Obama administration in November because we are losing our freedoms.

In the Bill of Rights the First Amendment  states that “ Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assembly and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.” As Americans we need to stand up and reclaim our freedoms.

In 2009 at the University of Notre Dame Mr. Obama spoke about health reforms.  He stated “Let’s honor the conscience of those who disagree with abortion and draft a sensible conscience clause”.  He is now compelling religious organizations to include morning after pills and other contraception in employee health coverage!!!  Wake up America before we find ourselves on our knees imploring God to save our country from destruction.

We now have a government dictating to us.  We must regain control.  It is time for all people to speak up and not watch the death of America.
