LITTLE SILVER, NJ – Deb Jellenik is an artist who started her business, Plumline Wallpaper, to achieve an artisticmarriage of precise, printed images with the fluidity of paint; to combine visual and physicaltexture. The multi-media artworks in this show consist of paper and ink, metals and paint. Ms.Jellenik is interested in how layering translucent paints, as well as metals, adds depth, creates amood, and changes the feel of a piece. It took her years to research and test different media, toassure compatibility with paints and inks. As no one was producing this exact type of art, shehad to invent the process through which these pieces were created.
