MIDDLETOWN, NJ – Poricy Park Conservancy located in Middletown, NJ, announces it’s Clothing Drive on Sunday, June 3, 11:00am to 4:00pm.

Donate your used clothing, household items & more and Poricy Park will receive a donation for the total poundage collected. Items can be dropped off in the parking lot during the drive on the 3rd. However, if you are unable to drop off your items during the drive on Sunday, 6/3, drop off will be accepted Monday, 5/28 to Friday 6/1, 9am-4pm at the Nature Center, 345 Oak Hill Road, Middletown.

Items that can be donated include:

  • Usable & wearable clothing for all seasons (for men/women/children)
  • Shoes – please bag them separately
  • Household items made of fabric such as blankets, bed sheets, towels, curtains
  • Accessories such as pocketbooks, briefcases, ties, scarves, gloves
  • Hard toys which fit a box 24” x 24″ x 21″, bikes, stuffed animals

Please note the Park can no longer accept over-sized toys, strollers, high chairs, car seats, cribs, play centers, bouncers, walkers and swings. Items for donation should be placed in garbage bags and brought to the parking lot. All wearable clothing and accessories that are collected are sent to countries in need.
